Musfaha Coffee, a premium coffee brand based in Indonesia, faced challenges with their single-page website, including slow loading times and limited user engagement. They sought a comprehensive redesign to enhance performance, expand content, and improve global accessibility, all while retaining their existing hosting plan.

The existing website suffered from a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) of 16 seconds, severely affecting user retention and search engine visibility. Additionally, the client desired a design with tighter spacing and needed to retain their current hosting plan, which required resourceful optimization strategies.

My approach

  • Strategic redesign: Developed a dynamic, five-page website incorporating a blog feature, aligning with the client’s content expansion goals.
  • Performance optimization: Employed techniques such as image optimization, CSS and JavaScript minification, and browser caching to enhance load times without additional hosting expenses.
  • Global reach enhancement: Integrated a free Cloudflare Content Delivery Network (CDN) to distribute content efficiently worldwide, improving access for international users.
  • User engagement improvement: Redesigned the contact form to function correctly, addressing the issue of missed inquiries over the past three years, and positioned it prominently to encourage user interaction.

Results

  • Increased engagement: The functional contact form led to a noticeable uptick in user inquiries and interactions.
